Support UNICEF During World Immunization Week

by UNICEF USA

While more children are being vaccinated today than ever before, coverage remains unequal for the most underserved: children in conflict zones, urban poor areas, and remote rural regions. In 2022, 20.5 million children missed out on one or more vaccines delivered through routine immunization services. Disruptions to healthcare systems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic further impacted routine vaccinations, threatening decades of progress.

UNICEF is working to end preventable maternal, newborn and child deaths, and promote the health and development of all children. In the hardest to reach regions, UNICEF is mobilizing community healthcare workers to immunize, exercising innovative methods of delivery such as drones, and altering harmful notions around vaccines.

This World Immunization Week, you can help UNICEF deliver results in the most critical areas, for the most vulnerable children:
• $4.29 could provide 20 polio vaccine doses
• $25 could provide 50 measles vaccine doses to 25 children
• $58 could fully vaccinate a child for 11 diseases
• $100 could provide 1 cold box for the storage of 1,800 vaccine doses

Thank you for your supporting UNICEF in ensuring every child is protected from deadly diseases.
