Support UNICEF's Response in Ukraine

by UNICEF USA

After nearly two years of war in Ukraine, children have been separated from their
homes, friends, and loved ones, and millions have fled their homes in search of safety, with more than 3.7 million internally and around 6 million internationally displaced. As active fighting threatens communities, 16.6 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance.

UNICEF remains committed to supporting Ukrainian children and families, both within Ukraine and those living in host countries as refugees. UNICEF continues to work to ensure safety and wellbeing of children and families impacted, helping 4.9 million women and children access primary health care; providing 5.5 million with safe water; reaching nearly 3 million people with mental health and psychosocial support; ensuring 1.5 million children could access education; and reaching 309,100 with cash assistance. With continued support from partners, UNICEF will continue providing lifesaving assistance to children and families, including:

--Providing essential supplies through humanitarian convoys;
--Delivering health, nutrition, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) supplies and services;
--Child protection assistance;
--Provision of education services;
--Humanitarian cash through implementing partners;
--Capacity building for service providers and partners

With your support, UNICEF will continue to reach Ukrainian children with critical services throughout 2024, alongside government relief and recovery efforts.
